Are you looking for a way to increase your vegetable intake?  Here’s a method to challenge yourself to try new vegetables and new ways of cooking them for 30 days.

Each day, you will have a different vegetable to cook. Below the listed vegetable is an example way to cook the vegetable – just Google the recipe! Alternatively, you can eat most vegetables raw, roasted or sauteed to great success.
